Dr. Farida S. Arastu MD DGO
Dr Farida S Arastu, graduated as part of the first ever entrance batch of Osmania Medical College (1972), completing her DGO and MD (Obstetrics and Gynecology) from the same prestigious medical institution in Hyderabad. Following this, she worked in FMH for four years. Soon after, she went to Mecca, Saudi Arabia as a medical consultant. Upon her return from Saudi, she worked in Princess Durreshawar Hospital for a year. In 1989, she started her own small 5-bed setup, Nisa Hospital. Today, Nisa is a 35-bed hospital, fully equipped to treat elective and emergency patients of Obstetrics and Gynecology, General Surgery, and Pediatrics. |

Dr. Tahera K. Arastu DGO DNB
Dr Tahera K Arastu, a "gold medalist” and “state topper", completed her undergraduate degree and DGO from Surat Medical College. Following this, she did her DNB in Obstetrics & Gynecology from the popular Muslim Maternity Hospital at Chaderghat. She then attended the FOGSI Certified Ultrasound training and Laproscopic training. With over five years as a medical care provider, she is our Consultant Obstetrician & Gynecologist here at Nisa. |
